Privacy Policy

OutlastAI ("we", "us") runs outlastai.in — an AI readiness assessment, certification, and talent discovery platform. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

How we use it

The Talent Pool, specifically

You are never visible to recruiters unless you explicitly opt in. If you do, recruiters can see your name, score, AI identity tag, and top skill dimension — never your email or phone number directly. A recruiter who wants to reach you submits a request through us; we don't hand out your contact details. You can opt out of Talent Pool visibility at any time from your account.

Where your data lives

We use Firebase/Google Cloud for hosting, authentication, and database storage (data center region: Mumbai, India). Payments are handled by Razorpay. Report generation and grading uses the Anthropic Claude API. We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing support@outlastai.in. We'll act on deletion requests promptly, except where we're required to retain payment records for accounting/legal purposes.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember how you found us (for attribution, 30-day expiry). We don't use third-party advertising cookies beyond the standard Meta Pixel and Google Analytics tags mentioned above.

Students & minors

If you're under 18, please use OutlastAI with a parent or guardian's awareness, particularly before unlocking any paid feature.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

This policy describes our actual data practices in plain language. If you need this reviewed or adapted for a specific regulatory requirement (e.g. India's DPDP Act, GDPR for EU users), we'd recommend a qualified lawyer review it — this isn't a substitute for legal advice.
