These terms govern your use of OutlastAI.in (the "Service"), operated by OutlastAI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
OutlastAI.in provides a graded AI-readiness assessment, a certification ladder (Levels 1–5), a personalized report, and a public Talent Pool where you may optionally make your verified results discoverable to recruiters. The free assessment gives you a locked score; a paid unlock reveals your full report.
Your score reflects your responses at the time you took the assessment, graded against the dimensions and methodology in place at that time. Your score is a readiness signal, not a guarantee of employment, promotion, or any specific career outcome. Scores are not comparable across major methodology changes — we'll note if that ever affects historical results.
Your profile is only visible to recruiters if you explicitly opt in. You can opt out at any time. Recruiters can request an introduction through us; we don't share your direct contact details without your involvement in that specific request.
Don't attempt to manipulate your score through means other than genuinely answering the assessment (including using another person to take it for you), scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service, impersonate another person or institution, or use the Service in a way that disrupts it for other users.
Colleges, universities, and companies entering a partnership with OutlastAI do so under a separate written agreement covering pricing, scope, and duration. These general terms apply in addition to, not instead of, that agreement.
The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep grading accurate and the platform available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free. AI-generated report content (via the Claude API) is produced from your responses and is intended as guidance, not professional career or legal advice.
To the extent permitted by law, OutlastAI's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
If these terms change in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise required by law.
